This outstanding antenna is made with a special 240X43SA Toroid and wound with appropriate wire to serve 300W SSB and CW and 100W Digital (we recommend 70W maximum under all situations for digital modes, to protect your radio from overheating).

You will receive our hand-wound and tested coil to extend the 40m EFHW to 80M with a small tail of wire to get it resonant. We also provide excellent quality main wire of the correct length but enough so that you can still shorten it as you wish.

This is wound on our lovely wire winder made with solid plastic 3 printing. It is made to be durable and will last many excursions if you are a typical portable operator.

This antenna is also suitable as a permanent installation at home.
